  1. Do You Ship Internationally?
     Yes! We ship nearly all over the world! We offer real time shipping charge for each          country.
  1. How long will it be shipped after placing the order?
    All orders placed on Monday through Saturday will be packaged and shipped
    within 1-2 business days. Our warehouse is closed on Sunday, so all orders
    placed on Sunday will be shipped by the upcoming Monday.
  2. How long does it take to delivery?
    Due to COVID-19, We’re improving our delivery process to make your packages
    even safer, so there may be a 2-5 business days delay in processing your
    orders. International shipping usually takes 12-25 business days. Receiving time = Processing time
  3. How Do I Make Changes To My Order?
    If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at [email protected]
    We will do our best to modify your order but once it has been marked as shipped
    we are not able to cancel or make any changes to the order. We apologize for
    any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. 
  4. How Do I Make A Return?
    Shoestee.com accepts returns received within 30 days from date of receipt on
    items that are unqualified or unused, unworn and have their original tags
    attached. Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without
    prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some
    reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you
    are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
    We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return
    Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that
    the package is returned to our warehouse. Shoestee is not responsible for
    packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original
    packing slip. Also, Shoestee do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please don’t

  5. How do I make An Exchange?
    We have exchange service. You can return the items to our US warehouse. We will
    resend the exchange to you after we receive them. Actually, non-quality issues
    customer returns need to bear the return freight. Hope you can kindky
    understand. Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without
    prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some
    reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you
